Customer Services & Operations Discover Graduate Programme




Start date: September 2021
Duration of Programme: 2 years - rotational placement programme
Starting salary: £30,000
Location: All roles are based within the UK, across both our Newbury HQ campus and London Southwark office. 
What you need: A 2.2 in any degree, Recently graduated (bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between September 2019 and August 2021).  You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration. We do not offer visa sponsorship. 
Application close date: 31st October, however, we may close earlier if we have enough game changing applications, so apply early. You will need to upload your CV. You do not need to upload a cover letter, it will not be reviewed as part of your application.

Customer Operations at Vodafone 


Join the Customer Services & Operations stream of the Vodafone Discover Graduate Programme, and you’ll help us deliver the UK’s most engaging digital customer experience to become #1 for customer effort. 

On this two-year programme you’ll complete two one-year placements, gaining skills and experience in all aspects of programme management. You’ll explore a variety of cutting-edge Vodafone products, tools and technologies. You’ll see how we eliminate and simplify to solve unique problems with a proactive, personalised and passionate attitude towards resolution. As we digitise and automate to improve the customer journey, you’ll be an integral part of delivering an effortless experience for our customers. 

You’ll be part of a project team focusing on operations, product or process improvement, and working across the business to establish root cause problems. Using data and analytics to design and implement improvement initiatives, you’ll also experience working in Agile/Squad environments, Six Sigma and Lean and build your knowledge of different programme methodologies.
