About The Role

As a member of the Products and Services, you will have the chance to design, create & deliver across all touchpoints a strong and distinctive proposition on Smarphone Products and collateral services for our Business customers according to Marketing strategy on Enterprise Market.

The scope of the activities ranges from acquisition of new clients and manage at best our customer base in terms of smartphone products’ and collateral services’ propositions working in synergy with Marketing and Sales Functions of Enterprise Division and with a strong and frequent collaboration with key vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer insights and market trends to develop more relevant products/services (smartphone & colleteral services)  for the target segment consistently with Enterprise overall marketing strategy
  • Design and launch new ideas/commercial propositions both for new customers acquisition and customer base management in synergy with Enterprise Marketing and Sales functions and in collaboration with key vendors
  • Understand smartphones industry trends and Identify new activities to promote 5G products awareness and adoption accordingly to Enterprise 5g products’ and solutions’ penetration strategy
  • Understand the end to end customer lifecycle at all stages and touchpoints (and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience)
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Sales Team, Brand team and Digital Team to deliver successful Go To Market and Go To Sale plans
  • Coordinates the implementation of the segment strategies leveraging the multi-functional, agile team, and the relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinates the Budget definition in order to maximize segments performances

Key Skills and Experience

  • Strong analytical profile with problem solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen and bold business understanding
  • Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and courageous lateral thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions and with key vendors
  • Well organized with attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience of working within a matrix organization and managing multiple senior stakeholders
  • At least 5 year of experience on the job
