Key responsabilities

  • Manage all COPS Budgeting activities in strong cooperation with Finance, Operations and Planning – full overview on COPS budget costs (payroll, external opex, src..) is required.
  • SPOC for COPS for Rolling Forecast, monthly preclosing and closing processes.
  • Monitor actual KPIs in order to highlight saving/risk areas and minimize inefficiency.
  • Ensure full control on operational KPIs analysing results by single manager/segment.
  • Support in building business cases and structuring analysis regarding new outsourcing strategies/service models.
  • Interact with VF Group for ad-hoc analysis

Functional & Technical / Skills

  • Fast in organizing numbers (proficient use of Excel is mandatory)
  • Strong in summarizing key concept effectively in structured documents
  • English fluent both spoken and written

Credentials & Experience

  • Finance background, strong analytical attitude
  • Smart/curious and ready to give fast and reliable contribution when required (even quick and dirty)
