We are looking for a Recruiter to lead both internal and external recruiting processes for a specific area inside Vodafone Italy, driven and skilled person, able to manage recruiting processes and internal stakeholders in full autonomy.
This role is responsible for being the Recruiting Business Partner for a specific population inside the company, covering from junior to more senior roles needs.
Key Responsibilities:
•  The candidate will be responsible to gather vacancy requisitions from HR Business Partners and hiring managers, post such requisitions both inside and outside the company, source for them (sometimes also in a proactive manner), screen & interview candidates, eventually managing the hiring process for the selected ones;
• The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruiting process in all of its aspects, dictating the timings, keeping internal stakeholders always updated on the status of the searches, and contributing to monitoring of activities through dedicated KPIs;
• A strong focus on candidate experience is required: we aim to provide a fantastic candidate experience;
• Possible involvement on project activities (e.g. with Vodafone Group HR) on top of the daily recruiting activities.
Functional & Technical  Skills:
• Fluency in Italian and English;
• Previous experience with SAP Success Factors or LinkedIn will be considered a plus.
