About the role

The Marketing Customer Base Expert is in charge of defining and implementing strategies to maintain and increase our customer base, ensuring the best possible experience for the client.

Particularly he/she is involved in defining and implementing initiatives to engage and reward our customer base with a full-digital experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understands and is accountable for the client throughout the whole lifecycle
  • Design and implement reward initiatives
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholder and third parties to ensure the best offer and experience to clients
  • Identify and manage cross-sell / up-sell opportunities that drive growth, helps build awareness and enhances brand credibility
  • Coordinates the implementation of such strategies/ opportunities leveraging the multi-functional, agile team, as well as other stakeholders
  • Monitors results and relevant KPIs and adjust accordingly

Key skills and experience

  • Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background
  • Strong negotiation skills with both internal and external parties
  • Proven project management skills and hand on experience in implementing projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions
  • Well organized with attention to details. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Highly energetic, with a 'can-do’ attitude and a desire to self-develop
  • Experience of working within a matrix organization and managing multiple senior stakeholders
