Role purpose

The Market Research Specialist has a key role in uncovering powerful consumer insights with qualitative research methods (e.g. focus groups, interviews and online research communities) to help influence and shape the marketing strategy and communications. The Market Research Specialist is responsible for designing, planning and conducting end-to-end qualitative consumer research studies to strategize and evaluate new and current advertising formats. Managing all aspects of qualitative research projects, including writing the discussion guide, recruiting participants, leading moderation for focus groups and interviews, interpreting data and communicating the findings to stakeholders

Role requirements

  • Analyse the evolution and trend of demand and utilisation of the product on the market
  • Designing innovation and development processes starting from the research
  • Produce data necessary to monitor the results in terms of productivity and profitability (Company KPI’s)
  • Collect the company requests for market research and analysis
  • Develop the necessary tools to analyse and describe the market trends
  • Adequate develop of predict models – satisfaction measurement models
  • Accuracy of data analysis
  • Reliability of information provided
  • Reporting quality
