Role purpose

To manage the process of analysis through quantitative and qualitative survey. To collect the company needs of survey, select the research providers and manage the contractual relationships, guaranteeing the quality of results and the fulfilment of defined objectives. To support and manage International and Multimarket projects.  Development and integration of innovation models of the offer starting from the study of consumer insights and market trends

Role requirements

- Analyse the evolution and trend of demand and utilisation of the product on the market

- Segment the market in order to identify possible targets and new proposition/product

- Provide the Commercial Direction with all data useful for decision making regarding products and services existing or in launching phase, through trends on traffic and market research

- Designing innovation and development processes starting from the research

- Produce data necessary to monitor the results in terms of productivity and profitability (Company KPI’s)

- Collect the company requests for market research and analysis

- Manage the external suppliers (national/international)

- Develop the necessary tools to analyse and describe the market trends

- Adequate develop of predict models – satisfaction measurement models

- Recruit, manage, motivate, coach and develop own staff

- Manage the human resources assigned, developing them and defining the most appropriate workload

- Accuracy of data analysis

- Reliability of information provided

- Internal customer satisfaction

- Reporting quality
