Role purpose: 
The resource will support delivering organization & change strategy though value contribution in execution of organization wide initiatives, policies and frameworks to enable implementation of business strategy from organization perspective. Other focus will be partnering with the business and other HR resources on strategic change initiatives.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Actively support to deliver a healthy organization through building structural efficiency, creating governance frameworks, policies and processes, leading job evaluation and driving periodic health checks to measure organization effectiveness;
•    Support development of the organization strategy and roadmap, build on best practice and enabling Vodafone Italy overall strategy;
•    Identification of business processes and mapping company’s activities;
•    Identification of KPIs for monitoring both size and working processes of all the departments within the organization;


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    Knowledge of organization effectiveness;
•    Ability to work in a complex environment;
•    Planning & analysis skills;  
•    Creative & innovative thinking; 
•    Excellent communication skills


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•    Fluent in English;
•    MSc degree or equivalent;
•    Previous working experience in a consulting firm is a plus.
