Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students/graduated, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

Role Purpose: We are looking for students in Management, Economic, Psychology and Management Engineering with a strong focus and interest in Human Resources Management, someone who also embraces new technologies and a continuously learning approach

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Management of budget activities (FTEs reporting, HC checks; holidays, etc.)
•    Management of the onboarding of new hires and termination of employment relationships, attendance and remuneration management
•    Analyze the onboarding and hiring process between the local HR Services team and the Shared Service Center
•    Data driven analysis of the various HR Services processes;
•    Support the implementation of the any new HR systems/tools and managing some activities needed in the day by day;
•    Setting and monitoring key organizational metrics for Vodafone Italy

•    Strong Communication capability
•    International Experience
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social media

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•    Proficient both in Italian and in English
•    Top academic performance
•    Master’s Degree (Management, Economic, Psychology and Management Engineering) with a strong interest in Human Resources activities
