Role Purpose

The IT Cost Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance in IT Area Cost Management (e.g. Infrastructure, SW licences, SW developments & maintenance) 
The candidate, being part of the IT Governance team, will be a strategic contributor to the success of the IT sourcing strategy of the company.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. IT Project Managers/ Finance/ Supply Chain Management/ Vodafone Shared Service Centres)   
  • Manage IT Costs (Capex & Opex): projects/ activities need gathering, support on approval process
  • Manage IT Cost analysis: cost model definition, reporting and optimization 
  • Support in Fiscal Year Forecasting Process & in Closing Process

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Fluent both in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of IT processes (e.g. Waterfall & Agile methodologies) 
  • Knowledge of Forecasting & Closing Processes 
  • Proactive and result-driven 
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a high demand and high pressure environment
  • Able to multitask effectively with exceptional analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills

Technical / professional qualifications

  • 3 years working experience
  • University degree in Management
