Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership

  • Deep-dive analysis on business performance to allow key decision makers to define new business strategies
  • Definition of corporate sales targets and coordination of related Budget in order to achieve all sales channels perfomance
  • Strong Coordination with Marketing, E-commerce and Information Technology areas to launch new disruptive offers and processes
  • Support and review the definition of Trade Marketing plans in line with current and expected performances
  • Identifying and understanding customers’ and potential customers’ needs and key business issues
  • Develop new ideas for customer engagement and retention

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • University degree with strong focus on scientific subjects (Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing)
  • Excellent use of Microsoft tools, in particular excel and powerpoint presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian
