Role Purpose

In the context of Vodafone Group Technology direction, the candidate will be part of the Customer Fulfillment department (Network Consistency and Customer Experience team).
In collaboration with, and in support to the local CVM and COPS departments, the role foresees:
-    analysis of fixed customers performance through technical data and KPI, and identification of opportunities for customers’ performance upgrade
-    design of solutions for the troubleshooting of customer issues and performance degradation, and identification of synergies among different VF local markets for customer fulfillment solutions

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

•    Analysis of fixed customer performance through technical data and KPI through massive data analysis tools, SAP databases and Python programming. Prepare technical KPI reports
•    Identify lists of customers for performance upgrades opportunities or proactive campaigns
•    Support the technical characterization of fixed services in terms of performance (video, gaming, …), identifying new aggregated KPI to summarize customer experience
•    Identify opportunities for improvement in current troubleshooting tools (for Tobi, First and Second level support) based on network and performance KPI
•    Support the integration of new solutions for performance and issues analysis, design of new troubleshooting test based on technical data and KPI and identify synergies and opportunities in the harmonization of customer issues and performance degradation troubleshooting/analysis tools.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

•    Advanced Python programming, including the use of Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas and Numpy (data processing libs), Matplotlib and Plotly (data visualization libs). Nice to have experience with Sklearn or other Machine Learning libraries. Advanced use of Spark/PySpark (for big data processing and interconnection of Pythons scripts with DataWarehouse)
•    Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and Cloudera solution (Hive and Impala for SQL interface to DataWarehouse, Yarn for job monitoring on the cluster). Knowledge of SQL for queries in internal DBs. Knwoledge of Office suite and proficiency with Excel 
•    Knowledge of Fixed network solutions and architectures, protocols and standards. Knowledge of Home environment, including WiFi, and of internet services. Knowledge of network testing/troubleshooting tools
