Role purpose
The Digital Technical Project Manager is responsible for design and delivery of solutions and enabling capabilities for a particular business capability / user journey, according to the overall digital channels vision and target architecture.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Manage the assigned projects to meet business requirements within the committed budget and timeline
- Perform the role of digital channels expert (esp. Web eCommerce & Self-Care) on complex projects
- Design and implement digital channels solutions inline with requirements and standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement within IT Digital team

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Strong knowledge & expertise in technical project management of digital channels projects (waterfall & agile)
- Strong knowledge of software design & delivery (esp. Web eCommerce & Self-Care) with insourced/outsourced model
- Knowledge of modern digital channels solutions (Web, API, Micro-services, Cloud, Security)
- Knowledge of UX / UI design for digital channels (esp. Web eCommerce & Self-Care)
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or other related field
- Proven strong experience in project management; certifications would be beneficial
- Proven experience in software design & delivery of digital channels (esp. Web eCommerce & Self-Care)
- Proven knowledge of Web, API, Micro-services, Cloud, Security, CMS, DevOps
- Proven experience working with agile methodologies; certifications would be beneficial
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Delivery on time of the assigned projects / features
- Cost control and optimization of the assigned projects and applications
- Meet quality targets
- Applcation response time and availability
