Role purpose:

We are currently looking for a Channel Strategy Specialist for our Vodafone Business Channel strategy division.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership::

  • Control and analyse the productivity of sales people. Suggest new strategic guidelines;
  • Define models for the channels profitability analysis and compensation schemes;
  • Assure overall budgeting coordination both in definition, allocation and relative spending;
  • Ensure, for Business Sales and Large Enterprise in service activity, related reporting on channelstrends and commercial performance in collaboration with Business Planning & Analysis;
  • Support the development of Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives and programs accordingto own role and responsibilities, defining specific CR goals where possible.

 Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • •2/3 years of experience in structured companies/consultancy firms;
  • Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting competencies;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Strategic vision;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Inter - functional relationships;
  • Knowledge of TELCO/ICT product and services is a plus;
  • Fluent in English and Italian.



  • Graduate education (business degree, engineering degree plus commercial knowledge)
