We are looking for a Recruiting & Employer branding manager to lead both internal and external recruiting processes as well as Employer Branding activities (career and networking events, relationship with internal social media and communications teams) 
We are looking for a driven and skilled person, able to manage a team and deal with the right seniority with both internal and external stakeholders
This role is responsible for being the reference point for all recruiting processes and activities, directly covering senior roles selections


Key responsibilities: 

  • The candidate will be responsible to coordinate the team managing the recruiting process for all Vodafone Italy, from interns to top management roles
  • Monitoring of the recruiting and employer branding budget and key KPIs
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruiting process for senior roles, dictating the timings, keeping internal stakeholders always updated and contributing to monitoring of activities through dedicated KPIs
  • A strong focus on candidate experience is required: we aim to provide a fantastic candidate experience
  • Involvement on project activities (e.g. with Vodafone Group HR) on top of the daily recruiting activities and Employer Branding activities 
  • Defining  and managing partnerships with suppliers and head hunters


Functional & Technical Skills: 

  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Previous experience with SAP Success Factors and LinkedIn will be considered a plus

  • Stakeholders management: ability to challenge the business requirements, and to liaise with HR business partners and internal business stakeholders as well as external providers (e.g. head hunters)
