The Digital Marketing Specialist takes responsibility across biddable media disciplines (for example, Search, Social, and Programmatic). Driving results through ownership of day-to-day biddable digital media activities in relation to search, social and analytics platforms and programmatic media.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Manage daily optimisation of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic activities in order to meet targets within set budgets and CPA;
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to improve and grow performance;
  • Ensure timely launch of all biddable campaigns for new products, product offers or other marketing campaigns;
  • Iterative ads and creative elements optimization;
  • Ensure effective re-targeting of potential customers through remarketing tactics through existing and new DMP segments;
  • Constantly improve display and programmatic technology stack; connect to Vodafone CRM, DMP and other data pools, ensure stable tracking;
  • Research and analyse competitor activity, performance and impact;
  • Maintain accounts hygiene e.g., negative keywords, correct links and tracking, product, updated offers.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Hands on experience directly managing and optimising complex and advanced Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic strategies;
  • Proven track-record of hitting paid media targets within budget and driving sales growth;
  • Job experience from media agency or similar, biddable media specialist company;
  • Able to work in a matrixed organization and experience of agile ways of working a plus;
  • Detailed understanding of PPC and biddable technology, e.g. product feeds or account automation tools.


Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on responsibility for advanced biddable accounts;
  • Management of budgets > Eur2M.
