We are looking for a Marketing Senior Manager - SMB Segment

ROLE PURPOSE


Lead digitalization journeys of SMB, bring strategic guidance and determine effective priorities to inspire all stakeholders by putting customer centric approach to the heart of every action. Assess market potential, understand the customer into the very deep and efficiency opportunities to boost growth both in customers’ and VBU revenues.

 

Your place in the team


•    Maximize wallet share via tailor-made solutions for key verticals
•    Increase ARPU and life time value of customers by identifying their needs and briefing product teams for new products and solutions. Drive data and smart device penetration
•    Develop product bundles to sell multiple key products at the time of acquisition
•    Design programs to up-sell and cross sell to SMB Accounts 
•    Drive M2M penetration
•    Prepare marketing roadmap and implementation plan
•    Analyse the potential in SMB segment for each product group. 
•    Manage Brand & Communication Budget for SMB Segment
•    Track market share, sales performance, competitive position in SMB Segment
•    Define key corporate verticals, key accounts and their potentials
•    Deliver excellent communications (events, ATL and BTL acitvities)  that effectively cut through to decision makers in SMB segment
•    Build brand consideration
•    Coordinate market research to identify the customer needs
•    Build trustmark via developing partnerships and co-marketing activities with strong companies
•    Develop professions/Industry solutions
•    Leverage international opco learnings/ programs/ offerings and introduce relevant ones to Turkish market 
•    Determine development areas for the team members and design a development plan
•    Establish team spirit among team members and motivate the team for strong performance
•    Identify high performers with strong intrinsic skills and develop successors

 

We are looking for you if you have


•    BSc. degree in Business Administration or Engineering , master degree is a plus
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing field 
•    Project management and analytical thinking skills                      
•    Effectively cope with changing work environment
•    Problem solving & decision making  
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Experience in a large multinational company is a plus
•    Telecom sectoral know-how is a plus
•    B to B experience – SMB segment understanding is a plus
•    Strong written,verbal communication skills&inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
