We are looking for a
Marketing, PR, and Sales support Manager  
for our Team

Your place in the team
Responsible for marketing and PR activities of the new Vodafone TowerCo company
Supporting the B2B sales activates of TowerCo

You will be involved in the following tasks
•    Develop, execute, analyse and track B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
•    Drive all B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the MD and Sales manager
•    Plan and coordinate the yearly marketing budget in collaboration with the MD and Sales manager
•    Collaborate with the central marketing team to synchronise the local marketing activities with the group marketing campaigns
•    Organise events (customer events, mini-conferences, etc.)
•    Organise company appearance at industry conferences
•    Manage our social media presence, blog, and other marketing materials.
•    Handle primary and secondary market research and gather, analyze and disseminate information.
•    Coordinate the TowerCo’s sponsorship and CSR activities

PR, communication:
•    Ensure consistent communication of company’s desired image and position, and assure communication of image and position to all external constituencies
•    Plan and execute PR support for marketing activities (conferences, customer events, etc.)
•    Develop engaging content for company website and for social media channels
•    Create content for press releases, articles and keynote presentations
•    Prepare decks for keynote presentations
•    Collaborate with the company’s central PR team to coordinate external PR and communications activities
•    Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results 
•    Manage media inquiries and interview requests
•    internal communication: ensure employees of the organisation are kept informed and motivated


Sales support:
•    Works with the sales manager to manage sales processes
•    Monitors the fulfilment of framework contracts
•    Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals and signing contracts.
•    Monitors the signing of individual contracts of each co-locations   
•    Product statistical reports for sales, controlling and management.
•    Locate and analyse sales trends, service areas, and sales opportunities based on compiled data.
•    Evaluate sales processes and propose changes
•    Prepare and maintain entire regular reports in synchronization with controlling team.
•    Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and case studies.

We are looking for you if you have
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 
•    5-7 years experience in marketing and/or PR.
•    Experience in B2B marketing.
•    Fluency in English both written and oral
•    Sales, or sales support experience is an advantage
