-Lead OPEN RAN System Integration Ecosystem to deliver OPEN RAN Roadmap, driving results across Product Integration, Network Services, Support and End-to-End Radio Product validation.
-Process architect, including industry partners/ OPEN RAN forums for Product Integration, Network Services, Support and End-to-End testing to deliver the committed roadmap.
-Define cutting edge telecom Radio integration approaches and plan trials for deployment of innovative Radio infrastructure solutions.
-Interface to OPEN RAN Development teams to deliver e2e integrated Radio/Applications solutions that are suitable for immediate deployment in coordination with Go to Market functions.

Responsible for the definition of processes, delivery, validation and driving of the HW, SW and Applications Integration in line with the OPEN RAN Roadmap “2- year” Plan.

With us you will:
-To deliver Vodafone “2-Year” OPEN RAN Roadmap, leading the Integration and validation of all the different components: HW, SW, OSS and Applications
-To deliver second level of Product Maintenance support, to secure that any Product issue can be managed timely and without relevant customer impact.
-To define and Manage Lab testing and Integration facilities, tools and processes that support the associated activities for OPEN RAN Performance and Efficiency. 
-To certify Product conformance to specifications and requirements providing feedback with Product Improvement opportunities to Development teams based on the lab and field experience.

Apply if you have:
->15 years of relevant experience in mobile operator/Radio supplier environment in the fields of 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio Access Networks. 
-Experience as a Solutions Architect, Product Manager, R&D Manager in one or more of the System Integration areas of Product Integration, Network Services, Support and End-to-End Testing.
-Firm understanding of Wireless Telecom infrastructure, System architecture, Network design principles, Spectrum, etc. coupled with expertise integrating hardware and software especially for Radio Access solutions.
-Proven track record for successful development and delivery of new Radio technologies/final customer solutions, including successful lead of International Programmes in very complex environments.
-Interpersonal skills, having demonstrated collaborating within cross-functional teams and business audiences, including the C-suite

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
-Deep Technical expertise in Mobile Access Technologies and Standards incl. 2G/3G/4G/5G, Antennas, Repeaters, Site Infrastructure and Small Cells.
-Multi-year experience on Testing and Acceptance of Radio Products across all Radio technologies.
-Experience understanding network operator deployment scenarios such as different geographies, population densities, indoor vs. outdoor, range of ARPUs and uses cases like fixed/mobile access, enterprise/public access.
-Experience in development/improvement of telecom hardware, protocol software, network management systems and applications.
-Programme Management Skills
-University degree in Engineering/ Computer Science or MBA
-Budget owned: Network Architecture  budget allocated to OPEN RAN Performance and Efficiency
-Direct influence over global spend on new technologies and solutions (potential for > £100m annually)
