Role Purpose: The Technical lead is the team member who guarantees the delivery in time and quality of the increase of the product. Being a member of the development team specialized in the technical design of the product or service and will work to isolate the development team from the complexities of the organization and technical dependencies with other teams.

From a product perspective a Tech lead builds and delivers product increments according to Scrum / Kanban methodology, having a product vision; understanding the backlog and its technical implication.  Tech Lead acts as a link to non-Agile developments that may affect the product and will be responsible for identifying and procuring the solution of technical dependencies / impediments.

 

The role of Technical Lead has the following responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile/Non Agile projects building the required solutions
  • Analyze new demand and build solutions
  • Support to create technical plans and technical strategy for the future.
  • Accountable of the delivery of IT development project from detail design until user acceptance.
  • Analyze and implement fixes to current production issues
  • Continuous improvement
  • Communication with stakeholders

What you bring?

  • Technical Degree.
  • Proven experience (more than 3 years) managing develop teams, preferably in web and mobile digital channels and Telco
  • Solid frontend and backend technology skills.
  • International projects expertise
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture environments.
  • CI/CD pipelines experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
