Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

•    Work with the eCommerce Marketplace Lead & Local market on designing Marketplace search & media strategies based on insights gathered from various data points
•    Work with eCommerce Marketplace Lead and partner functions on defining KPI’s for search & marketing strategies across Amazon and other eCommerce retailers 
•    Working with group and local market stakeholders, you will drive the development and launch of paid media activities across core channels and markets using a test & learn approach 
•    Engage and drive agencies, marketing and media teams to deliver relevant, targeted, engaging and performance focused messages
•    Work with the data & insights manager to identify insights that will help optimise current campaigns and improve commercial performance 
•    Management and development of the perfect digital shelf GTM framework, you will monitor and analyse content integrity across the EU4
•    Consolidate local requirements for copy & content and deliver against the GTM framework, you will be responsible for developing and delivering best in class GTM launches with markets
•    Management of all indirect copy & content requests 
•    Management of the Digital Shelf Tool, benchmarking and setting KPI’s by market for success
•    Collaborate with local markets on developing and implementing full year search and media plans, this will include social, media, search & affiliates

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•    Excellent communication and presentation skills
•    Ability to network and build relationships internally and externally 
•    Structured and analytical thinker able to quickly grasp and manage business problems
•    Understanding of pure-players, multi/omnichannel retail, marketplaces, retail ecosystems, D2C
•    Ability to analyse and draw actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research
•    Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon, their advertising platform (Amazon Advertising) and their ways of working
•    Experience using digital solutions to manage and measure content
•    Knowledge of how SEO, SEA, PPC work, for Amazon, other marketplaces and Indirect partners 
•    Strong excel skills and ability to present data and insights to different audiences and markets
•    Strong ability to influence others 
•    Strong project management, creative thinking, and analytical skills
•    Demonstrate ability to make decisions through data interpretation
•    Demonstrate ability to work as a team and in collaborative environments 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

•    Experience in working with Amazon and their advertising platforms (AMS,AMG)
•    Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills
•    Strong communication and presentation skills
