Title: Talent & Assessment Manager
Location: London, Paddington

Build and help deliver Vodafone’s assessment approach for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to help inform the journey across talent, succession planning & resourcing. Provide expertise in assessment, talent management and development at senior levels. Drive associated global solutions and processes for our most senior talent across markets to contribute to Vodafone’s people strategy. Help connect the teams across talent, learning, leadership and skills to help shape and share the wider strategy across Vodafone as a whole. 

What will you be doing?
Lead Vodafone’s SLT assessment journey and activity, designing, running and embedding the new processes and providing pragmatic solutions. 
Drive and collaborate on the SLT assessment journey globally (processes, reporting, communication, analytics), engaging with HRDs and global talent managers. 
Effectively manage key external assessment partner relationships. Building on the foundations to create best in class partner working. 
Support senior talent development outcomes. Helping to build capability at our most senior level. Working in partnerships with the talent managers and HRDs. 
Provide assessment and talent insights, reporting and analysis on the SLT to support key stakeholders (ExCo, HRLT, Group talent and D&I team). 
Provide external and internal insights and benchmarking on assessment & talent management.   
Support on wider talent projects and activity across the talent team as required.   
Help build a connected community across the wider talent, learning, leadership & skills teams, both in Group and across markets.

Who are we looking for?
Experience of talent management and working in large global organisations. 
Experience of assessment methodologies and tools. Ideally at a senior level. 
Experience of assessment design and delivery. 
Reporting & analytics skills to drive insights. 
Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. 
Professional credibility, drive and engagement to take initiatives forward.
Broad HR background to enable identification of interdependencies between different aspects of the wider teams.
