Senior Trading Manager

Location:   The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary: Competitive 
Hours:   37.5 hours (Monday-Friday)

What will you be doing? 

 

The Consumer Mobile Trading team are accountable for setting trading targets across all Consumer channels and defining the offer roadmap.  The team connects channels across Pay Monthly Mobile and Pay Go Mobile segments to create a holistic view of performance that translates commercial strategy into a deliverable operational plan and targets for our sales channels.   


The Senior Trading manager will be accountable for leading the delivery of all trading targets for Consumer and it’s supporting functions, setting clear commercial direction and priorities. Translating segment and channel strategy to drive multi-brand trading delivering strong business performance. This role is a key role to ensure we drive trading across all of our brands and categories to maximise our market coverage. 


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has high commercial acumen and great stakeholder management to work within an exciting team delivering market beating performance

 

 


Who are we looking for?  

 

•    Excellent commercial acumen and numeric skills - highly analytical and able to quickly derive insight from channel and commercial data
•    Very strong influencing and engagement skills to manage senior stakeholders, up to board level
•    Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial delivery environment, including knowledge of channel operations
•    Collaborative with the ability to bring people together to deliver a common goal 
•    Strong team management experience as this role will have up to 5 direct reports
