Sales Manager - Account Management

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our Account Management team in Regional Business.



What will you be doing? 


Leading, managing and coaching a team of Account Managers who are collectively building & leveraging relationships with London’s commercial Mid Market organisations in Regional business. The team focuses on retaining its territory of account base and selling value added services. The Sales Manager will be central in achieving excellent customer experience, measured through rNPS survey results, ensuring our Mid Market organisations, consider Vodafone their trusted local provider.


  • Building a ‘High Performance’ sales team with exceptional capability to retain business and increasing our share of wallet from our competitors. Succeeding in reducing revenue erosion and churn in a highly competitive market.
  • Ensure their team’s Sales Charter delivers a clear requirement to deliver customer satisfaction, measured through rNPS.  Understanding the breadth of customers across key metrics, in order to focus their team’s productivity to drive revenue and margin and operating at best in class churn levels.
  • Management of renewal contracts with full visibility and plan to ensure timely renewal from a predominant mobile base, whilst looking to secure incremental value add on business, depending on the customers UK footprint and decision-making power for the UK.
  • Ensuring the team are mapping the buying centre for services Vodafone can sell into the account base; ensuring multiple points of contact within the account base have relationships with Vodafone, and complete landscaping for relevant share of wallet into Vodafone CRM systems.

  • Experience in a direct sales environment as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to command respect and support at the highest levels internally and within target organisations.
