What will you be doing?  
We are looking for a motivated and results-focused Quantitative UX Researcher to join our growing Digital User Research team. 


As a Quantitative UX Researcher, you will design and implement all relevant user and internal research projects which will help us to explore new features, technologies, and commercial approaches aimed at further establishing our position as a market leading company and a favourite of our customer base.


You will work on cross-brand and omnichannel research projects in a highly collaborative mixed methods environment that involves quantitative and qualitative methods, including user testing, survey design, customer journeys, behavioural maps, and more. You will be required to provide accurate and accessible reporting on research projects, and deliver strategic recommendations based on reliable insights and data.


Who are we looking for?   

  • Previous experience in research and customer insight environments
  • Strong quantitative research skills required: survey design and analysis, analytics, data gathering, model implementation.
  • Programming skills required: knowledge of and experience with analytical packages (e.g. Python, SQL, Matlab or SPSS).
  • Experience with sampling design, sig-testing and weighting.
  • Experience with interpreting and explaining results from analytical techniques such as MaxDiff, conjoint, factor analysis, regression modelling, etc. 
  • Preference for experience with analytics and A/B tests.
