Proposition Manager

Location: London, The Speechmark Southwark (Blended working approach*)
Salary:  Competitive + Excellent benefits
Hours:  Monday - Friday 37.5hrs

The Consumer Mobile Propositions team is focused on growing Vodafone’s share within this valuable market with innovative, challenger-oriented propositions.  These propositions bring together the best of Vodafone’s mobile business and we are looking for a dynamic thinker who is motivated to deliver best in class customer engagement.



What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for planning and maintaining the Consumer Trade-in proposition and ensuring optimum performance. You will need to understand the market to ensure competitive positioning, continuously seeking to enhance our offering and finding ways to increase attachments rates whilst maintaining a happy customer base. Your remit will include Trade-in and device support services, and this forms our Device Care Propositions. Core devices include handsets, wearables and tablets. You will be heavily involved in customer experience, defining and measuring relevant performance targets (operational and commercial) to ensure strong customer engagement with commercial viability. You will need to develop idea’s to help drive digital transformation.


Who are we looking for?  

•    Experience of proposition development – including launching propositions
•    Proven track record in consumer commercial proposition development
•    Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
•    Strong communication skills and presentation skills
•    Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with multiple demanding stakeholders
