Location: The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

Vodafone is looking to optimise and improve it’s mobile network in order to enable further rollout of newer 4G & 5G technology.  A key part of this is ensuring that we have a programme in place to encourage customers to move from older technology onto newer devices, which offer better call quality and a better experience.


What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for leading the governance and delivery of the Consumer Device Replacement Programme. You will ensure the coordination of customer marketing plans, drive the delivery of the required capability builds and coordinate an aligned plan within the Consumer Business and with other business units.  


You will drive delivery with minimal disruption to customers or the organisation. You will embed lean governance with clear ownership, transparent delivery and clear project reporting in place. You will ensure finances for the programme are in place (including internal Capex/Opex) and produce metrics to track the relevant KPIs. 


Who are we looking for?  

  • Extensive programme management experience leading an organisation through large scale change.
  • Ideally detailed understanding of Telco commercial models including handset upgrade/replacement cycles and associated capabilities.
  • Able to demonstratable leadership with ability to manage, motivate & develop a virtual team in a matrix environment.
  • Experience of working with/managing senior (SLT) stakeholders.
  • Ideally some commercial or marketing experience.
