Location:   The Speechmark, London Southwark  (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)

Salary: Competitive

What will you be doing?

 

You’ll lead the marketing communications team accountable for the execution of outstanding marketing and service communications to the consumer base. Drive a lifecycle approach within an agile environment, ensuring that all activity is focused on delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time. You’ll also develop a culture of creativity, innovation and insight led execution.

The successful candidate will also be the Product Owner for the Customer Engagement Squad. This squad is focussed on delivering a best in class nursery journey, exceptional network and engagement communications and empathetic proactive and reactive service communications.

 

Who we are looking for?

 

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a natural ability to influence and deliver across all levels of the organisation
  •  Ability to operate within a fast-paced, highly competitive and demanding environment.
  •  Strong project management skills are required in order to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines.
  • Strong experience of developing and delivering successful 121 marketing campaigns across a range of digital media.  The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the impact these campaigns have had on customer and financial metrics
  • Experience managing a team 
  • Ideally experience and appreciation of Agile methodologies. Comfortable evaluating team performance within an agile framework and making any necessary adjustments. 
  • Experience of managing marketing communication agencies & suppliers
  • Able to think both creatively and analytically to deliver compelling strategic initiatives.
