Description

Location: The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19 and flexible working going forward) 

Salary: Competitive + Benefits 
Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

What will you be doing?  
As a Product Owner in our Mobile App Product team, you will manage new features and enhancements to the My Vodafone app in order to optimise customer journeys.

 

You will work with stakeholders across the company to understand business requirements and user needs. You’ll use relevant data and user testing to drive product roadmap decisions and work closely with our developers and designers to bring these ideas to life in the App. 

 

Who are we looking for?   

  • Experience working in an Agile environment as a Scrum Product Owner 
  • Solid understanding of mobile apps and Mobile web and how they interface with backend systems
  • Strong analytical skills to identify needs, measure impact and identify trends, with good experience using standard web/app analytic tools.
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation and utilising resources across the organisation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
