Vodafone aims to be the leading end-to-end digital champion for this segment and expands its product portfolio to a suite of technology offerings. That includes providing SME clients with a broad portfolio of Software as a Service (SaaS) tools and associated services to help them grow, run and secure their business.


The Digital Applications portfolio team within Vodafone Cloud & Security plays a key role in accelerating growth of the new SaaS business. Vodafone is partnering with leading SaaS and Tech companies to become a ‘one stop shop’ for SME digital tools, delivered through a global digital Marketplace. 


The Global Senior Product Manager will be responsible for end to end global lifecycle management for a portfolio of SaaS products curated from leading technology partners. The individual will work on driving the strategy, development and launch of new SaaS products for SMEs in the area Productivity applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace. The role requires experience in launching SaaS products successfully, excellent organisational and relationship management skills, coupled with commercial and technical acumen. It will involve bringing together stakeholders from strategic partners and various Vodafone Business functions across local markets to ensure successful delivery.

It is a global role, which could be based in the UK or other Vodafone locations in Europe.

With us you will:

• Driving product strategy in line with global business and commercial priorities (e.g. revenue growth and new customer acquisition).
• Full ownership and accountability for the business commercials, P&L and revenue growth roadmap.
• Capture and translate global customer needs into clear product capabilities and features or to optimise existing products.
• Create and maintain global product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Local Product Managers. Ensuring OpCo requirements are captured and integration, launch and go-to-market resources and budgets are planned and ring-fenced. 
• Leads a team of Product Managers 

Apply if you have: 

• 8-10+ years’ experience in Product management with a proven record of successfully launching software/technology products
• Strong educational credentials; M.B.A. or a related advanced degree preferred
• Experience in Productivity applications, preferably in the SOHO/SME market 
• Experience in working with external partners in collaborative development
• Experience and knowledge of Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices
• Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse stakeholders in matrix environment 
• Passion for unearthing customer insights and championing the voice of the customer
• Strong analytical skills 
• Ability to think creatively to solve problems
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
• Inquisitive and can-do mind-set
• Requires ability to manage P&L and commercials globally for their product.
