As the MVA One Platform market cluster Champion, you will be the primary contact for market cluster POs and MVA Commercial Product Lead as well as the Product owner of virtual Market cluster backlog.
You will engage with local market MVA POs to understand existing and future strategic priorities/ roadmap as well as with the market POs/squads to deep dive in roadmap journeys identifying opportunities for journey reuse.
You will ensure reuse of existing One Platform catalogue, prioritizing market cluster backlog and inputting to central backlog. You will be leading all Group activities (design & technology) to support market cluster One Platform integration journeys.

• Primary contact for market cluster POs and MVA Commercial Product Lead

 

Governance and Process:
• Product owner of virtual Market cluster backlog: Engage with local market MVA POs to understand existing and future strategic priorities and roadmap; Engage with market POs/squads to deep dive in roadmap journeys to; Identify opportunities for journey reuse; Ensure reuse of existing One Platform catalogues; Prioritize virtual market cluster backlog and input to central backlog; Coordination & e2e accountability of all Group activities (design & technology) to support market cluster One Platform integration journeys
• Engage with Group Technology POs
• Engage with Group Product Lead to ensure cluster market requirements s are in the central backlog
• Knowledge sharing across Group Squads & Markets (cluster)

 

Reporting
• Weekly checkpoint with MVA commercial product lead
• Bi-weekly checkpoint with market cluster POs
• Defining & tracking market cluster One Platform roadmap delivery progress
• Market cluster roadmap update in bi-weekly One Platform update meeting with PMO

 

We would like you to have:
• Extensive Commercial & Product Management and proposition development skills incl. mobile strategy, design, user experience and development
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in multiple markets, cross-functional teams and stakeholders on multiple projects at the same time
• Product ownership of digital products, agile understanding, roadmap mgmt., product strategy
• Proven ability to work closely with Technology teams in an agile development environment
• Proficient in operating within a fast paced changing environment while ensuring day to day decisions are made in context of strategic direction / ambition


You Must Have:
• Degree in business or information systems
• Digital product ownership & mgmt (app, web)
• Large scale programme execution
• Data analytics, insight and decision making
• Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills.
