Location:   The Speechmark London, Southwark   (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary: Competitive 
Hours:   37.5 hours (Monday-Friday)

What will you be doing? 


As a Logic developer, you will define and develop the Always on Marketing (AoM) solutions, applying deign principles to marketing offers, target audiences and shaping decision strategies.  You will create, run, monitor and review marketing campaigns, responding to changing business priorities which may culminate in re-prioritising offers. 




Who are we looking for?  

•    Proficent in use of Pega, Unica or similar campaign management tools (e.g. Chordiant/Adobe Campaign/Teradata). 
•    Sound understanding of database marketing, targeting customers using propensity models, test & learn principles, and campaign automation.
•    Good understanding of structured query language (SQL) for manipulating data from a large data warehouse, preferably with customer data in large telco.
•    Stakeholder management – works closely with commercial stakeholders in order to build & execute campaigns and/or offers.  A confident & articulate communicator.
•    Accurate delivery under pressure, with a solid ability to resolve any conflict steming from disperate ways of working, or varying levels of understanding of always on marketing principles.
