Role: Learning and Development Compliance Manager
Location: London, Paddington

The Learning and Development Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Vodafone’s key compliance programmes are embedded in the business. This includes: ensuring that the Digital Code of conduct is continuously improved, delivering the Doing What’s Right compliance e-learning globally, co-ordinating the Doing What’s Right comms programme at Group, improving the way training & comms success is measured and governing Vodafone’s Global policies. 

This vacancy comes at a time where we are looking to make several upgrades to our training & comms programmes so we are looking for an experienced Compliance, Training & Comms manager who keen to drive strategy and change. 

With us you will:
-Continuously improve the Vodafone. Digital Code of Conduct – ensuring that employees are engaged.
-Work with subject matter experts and suppliers to deliver new e-learning modules.
-Work with HR systems teams and local markets to rollout new modules globally.
-Work with subject matter experts and internal comms to create the DWR comms plan for Group.
-Conduct desktop monitoring and testing of training and comms controls
-Drive a new risk based approach to mandatory e-learning.
-Devise better measurements of training and comms success. 

It would be nice if you have:
-Working with suppliers to create and rollout e-learning (required).
-Managing multiple stakeholders in a global matrix organisation to deliver projects (required).
-Creativity and desire to do new things/ push boundaries (required).
-Self-motivation and ability to deliver with little oversight (required).
-A real passion for people, behavioural change, training and comms (required).
-Compliance knowledge: Anti-bribery, Privacy, Security, Health & Safety, Code of Conduct (desired).
-Delivered compliance training change programmes (desired).
-Comms and training success behavioural measurement (desired).
-Success factors learning tool (desired)
-SharePoint experience (desired)
-Grounding in learning theory (desired)
-Grounding in behavioural science (desired)
