Role Title: Leadership Development Manager
Location: UK

Role purpose:
-As part of the Global leadership and talent development COE team, work on and design various Leadership development offerings. Use business understanding & consultative skills to understand business requirements and contextual knowledge to design programmes and interventions independently
-Support already designed programmes and look to improve them through feedback and measurement of impact. 
-Have a strong understanding of different learning methodologies and the industry knowledge to ensure we continue to evolve our offering to support a great talent experience & learning culture.
-Accountable for delivering analytics and insights to support a learning culture globally. Work closely with other CoEs to build initiatives that contribute to embedding a culture of Spirit in Vodafone.
-Outline a Top Talent development strategy along with design and delivery of the Inspire programme globally
-Communicate and exchange complex information and ideas to Group HR Business Partners and relevant stake holders in the business to ensure their engagement and commitment on key development agendas
-Understands how the team’s work integrates with the wider Talent, leadership and skills agenda and to the wider HR people plan
-Proactively build knowledge and competence, looking externally for best practice – experimenting with new ideas/technologies - and implement innovative digital learning and development solutions, to support the development agenda
