E-commerce Manager (Consumer IoT)


Location:  London – Speechmark
Salary: Competative Salary
Hours:   37.5 hours weekly

What will you be doing?

The role is part of the Consumer Sales organisation working in the digital sales teams. The e commerce specialist role is to be ultimately accountable to drive online sales growth for the area they are embedded into, in this case Consumer IoT. Key metrics to judge success are increased year on year sales growth and increased digital mix for the relevant segment. The individual will also work with Digital Marketing to plan performance campaigns that maximize sales,  CPO and ROI making sure that  those campaigns perform and we get valuable insights from split testing.

Requirements of the role:-

  • Work alongside both local and Group CIoT team to define and deliver digital sales strategy and commercial roadmap. Work with Channel Trading team to define clear working structure and consistent e2e performance reporting
  • Interpret analytics and sales figures, funnel analysis, drop-off, traffic patterns  and bounce rates to define and mandate improvement actions required to optimize lower funnel conversion
  • Own the definition and continued optimisation of a local UK digital sales journey
  • Become an active member of Chapter of eCommerce individuals . ensuring sharing of best practice to shape the digital readiness across all channels, segments and products.
  • Work with other channels to promote omni-channel initiatives that will drive Digital channel growth in app opportunities


Who are we looking for? 

To be successful in the role you need to demonstrate the following skills / experience:-

  • Previous experience in working in agile ways of working and product or portfolio management.
  • Full E2E e-commerce expertise.
  • Experience in conversion optimization and funnel improvement in ecommerce platforms.
