Role purpose: 

The Global Product Owner – Creative Tools will own Vodafone’s Creative Automation Workbench, a collection of capabilities utilised by all our markets to enable the efficient creation, storage and activation of assets. Specifically, this role will own our Global Asset Management Platform and our Digital Creative Optimisation platform. This is a pivotal role for Vodafone’s digital marketing ambitions and will take accountability for delivering significant benefits across the business. The role will be a key driver in business change, increasing overall efficiency within the business.  

The role is both hands on technical and business. If successful you will be a leading SME in your field and our many stakeholders around our markets will be looking to you to support and guide them. Equally, senior leaders around the organisation will need your help to develop strategies and frameworks to help get the most out of their technologies.  

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:  

Be an advocate for content at scale across stakeholders at all levels across multiple markets 

Responsible for on boarding and acting as an advocate for 1000s of users from across the different markets and designing the workflow 

Collaborate with Group and market stakeholders, in particular from the Brand teams, to drive the uptake of the platform, increase activity levels and drive use of platform capabilities 

Accountable for developing, maintaining and managing a reliable and cost-effective relationship with the platform vendors 

Drive campaign improvements and overall business change by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency through technology optimisation and automation 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience: 

Strong technical skills with experience in creative tools and technology within Digital Marketing. 

Familiarity with Adobe Asset Management and Jivox (DCO) a bonus 

Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with the ability to navigate and influence complex stakeholders. 

Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills  

Resilient under pressure  

Proven experience working in cross-functional teams  

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

Educated at a degree level  

Relevant work experience in creative technology. Adobe Assets and Jivox experience a plus 

Well suited to someone who has worked within an agency.
