Global Digital Marketing Lead - Audience Manager
Role purpose:
The Global Product Owner – Audience Management is responsible for driving actionable solutions from audience management platforms and our rich data. This role will be accountable for driving standardisation across the OpCos and influencing the local teams.
The role is both hands on technical and business. If successful you will be a leading SME in your field and our many stakeholders around our markets will be looking to you to support and guide them. Equally, senior leaders around the organisation will need your help to develop strategies and frameworks to help get the most out of their technologies.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Accountable for navigating data sets around audience management, interpreting them and turning them into actionable solutions
Collaborate with market stakeholders, advising and influencing them in regards to programmatic management
Responsible for driving standardized ways of working through the creation of playbooks and blueprints to be shared across the different markets
Work closely with the markets, supporting the Big 4 markets in regards to CDP and the smaller markets on the use of legacy systems
Provide training and support to your in-house team to encourage adoption of the platform/s
Accountable for developing, maintaining and managing a reliable and cost-effective relationship with the third party data providers
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Strong technical skills and understanding of digital tools and technologies within Digital Marketing.
Hands on experience of owning or being a super-user of a CDP/DMP. Previous experience with Tealium or Adobe Audience Manager an advantage.
Excellent understanding of Identity Graphs, in order to enable a real-time comprehensive marketing profile.
Proven record of turning insights into actionable and profitable solutions
Expertise in identifying high-value use cases that will result in the most actionable customer profiles.
Some experience in building and deploying out of the box Machine Learning models to drive sophisticated segmentation/targeting
Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with the ability to navigate and influence complex stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills
Resilient under pressure
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Educated at a degree level
Relevant work experience in audience management
Would suit someone with experience in an agency
