Role purpose: 

The Global Product Owner – Digital Analytics is responsible for owning the Adobe analytics platform, driving its uptake and increasing its levels of activity. This role will be accountable for working across Group and the local OpCos, influencing stakeholders and overall increasing the value derived from the platform.   

The role is both hands on technical and business. If successful you will be a leading SME in your field and our many stakeholders around our markets will be looking to you to support and guide them. Equally, senior leaders around the organisation will need your help to develop strategies and frameworks to help get the most out of their technologies.  

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:


Global Owner of our digital analytics platforms 

Collaborate with Group and market stakeholders to drive the uptake of the platform 

Responsible for driving the digital analytics agenda and influencing the market SMEs 

Responsible for increasing the activity levels on the analytics platform and for deriving the highest value from it 

Accountable for developing, maintaining and managing a reliable and cost-effective relationship with the platform vendors 

Become the goto SME at Group for strategy and guidance 

Supports the markets in developing their strategy while also contributing to the strategy development at Group level 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Proven experience in Digital Marketing Analytics with strong technical skills. 

Preferred experience in Adobe analytics platform  

Comfortable with large datasets 

Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with the ability to navigate and influence complex stakeholders. 

Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills  

Proven record of turning data into actionable solutions 

Resilient under pressure  

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

Educated at a degree level  

Relevant work experience in digital analytics  

Previous experience
