Communications Specialist

Location:   The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary: Competitive 
Hours:   37.5 hours (Monday-Friday)

What will you be doing?  


As the Communications Specialist you will support the engagement strategy across our In-house and partners supporting delivery on Employee engagement Index, ENPS and attrition targets through delivery of clear, energetic and engaging local communication strategy across the Consumer Sales estate. You will do this by:


•    Supporting the delivery of people plan across Consumer, including The Spirit of Vodafone, Consumer Senior Leadership Team Broadcasts & Webinars, People capability and opportunities to develop, Accreditation programme, Vodafone Ways of Working
•    Been responsible for defining the comms from senior leadership team
•    Supporting the delivery of Consumer Sales communication plan
•    Supporting and managing relationship between Consumer Sales and our External Communications platform provider
•    Managing the running of our communications platform and identify opportunities for innovation

Who are we looking for?   

•    Ability to engage, communicate with and influence senior leaders and key stakeholders
•    Ability to build both internal and external customer relationships. The role has contact internally with all areas of the business including Fuse, HR, Events, Internal Comms, Trading, Commercial, CX, L&D, customer management etc.
•    Experience of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Visio
•    Clear, professional and positive verbal and written communication
•    Creative communication using various methods & softwares; written, video, animation 
•    The ability to work independently and effectively manage time, prioritising customer needs
•    Ability to absorb and disseminate information clearly to others
