Description

Location: The Speechmark, London (Full-time remote working during COVID-19)
Salary: Competitive + Benefits 
Hours: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)

The Retention Commercial team shape and deliver the end to end strategy for retaining customers. We are responsible for delivering annual churn improvements in an efficient and valuable way. 

 

What will you be doing? 

You will lead our Home Broadband retention programme. This will involve managing critical business metrics and being accountable for the definition and delivery of churn and retention strategies for Home Broadband. 

 

Your objective will be to profitably reduce churn and outflow value whilst increasing base revenue at the point of recommitment, delivering consistent year on year improvement, beating the market and becoming best in class.

 

You will work with the Home Broadband team to identify areas of opportunity for revenue and margin uplift, create and run tests & learn strategies across all channels. You will develop accurate business cases and forecasts for new opportunities, working with finance as a key stakeholder. 


Who are we looking for?  

  • You will have extensive commercial experience (mobile telecoms or Home Broadband preferable).
  • You will be highly numerate and commercially minded. 
  • You will have proven ability to create & interpret complex commercial and financial analysis.
  • You will be highly competent in relationship building and effectively able to influence senior management.
