What will you be doing?  
As CRO Product Owner within our Digital Product team, you will be responsible and accountable for driving our Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy. You will be an integral part of the team as the single point of contact from Product for our Online Shop, working cross-functionally across areas such as Analytics, UX, Tech, Marketing and Commercial. 


You will communicate the strategic vision and objectives of our Optimisation programme to the wider business and within Digital. You will ensure there’s alignment between Team Leads and Digital Product Owners and upskill the Product team on optimisation best practise. 


You will help bring the individual squad optimisation backlogs together and support on roadmap planning and reporting. You will collaborate with the CRO Centre of Excellence Lead to drive process improvements and performance reporting.  


Who are we looking for?   

  • You will have a strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimisation strategies from planning, implementation and reporting. 
  • You will have proven experience working as a Scrum Product Owner in an Agile environment. 
  • You will have a strong understanding of the Digital ecosystem, website design, content types, mobile and tablet applications, web technologies and digital marketing best practices. 
  • You will have evidence of strong analytical skills to measure impact and identity trends.
  • You will have experience defining and delivering MVPs, running AB tests.
