C&S Sales Associate
London/Newbury

 

Cloud and Security are the fastest growing technology markets; Vodafone has a strong portfolio and an opportunity to grow market share and revenue. The C&S Specialist Sales team is in place to drive this business and the Sales Associate is a key role within the team. The Sales Associate is there to ensure that the customers always have a knowledgeable point of contact who can quickly move their request forward, to work closely with the field Sales team to develop the account plan and execute against this. The role will also develop new business by building profile and relationships with customers to identify new opportunities in this high growth exciting market. 


As a C&S Sales Associate you will:

• Be a key part of the account team that supports existing and new customers to drive the growth of the C&S business in the UK 
• Responsibility for sales to Cloud & Security customers on a day to day basis including small and large projects from pre contract, contract signature through to delivery and in life in conjunction with the field sales and account management team 
• Manage the Request for Service process for existing and/or new C&S accounts and act as an initial escalation point for the customer or colleagues for the RFS process, and provide subject matter expertise for internal and external stakeholder. Drive process improvement across the business to the benefit of our customers and Vodafone 
• Feed into Vodafone & IBM stakeholders for customer insight, planning and forecasting, process improvement, process communication and team collaboration.  
• Be the champion of sales tools and associated data quality
• Demonstrate the #spirit behaviours in all aspects of the role with a keen focus on customer loyalty


Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience of OR excellent capability to build an excellent technical understanding of Vodafone C&S products  
• A proactive, can do self-starter attitude with strong communication skills
• Excellent internal networking ability with key stakeholders 
• Ability to quickly understand and translate customer information into formal templates  
• Ability to work within complex process environments with a view to identifying process improvements where possible
• Interest in achieving cloud and security professional qualifications and industry/expert knowledge
