Retail Sales Advisor - 30hrs - Leeds Whiterose


Location:  Leeds Whiterose
Salary:  £8.91 per hour  + Bonus  
Hours:  30 hrs

What  will you be doing? 


As a Retail Adviser you would be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for a resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our partner stores and increasing our store presence. Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Retaining and growing our customer base. Core competencies, knowledge and experience: 


• Experience of working within a commercial or sales driven environment. 
• Business development – identifying potential opportunities. 
• Strong communication, networking and diplomacy skills. 
• Ability to review, interpret and draw conclusions from multiple data sources. 
• Ability to communicate professionally, clearly & concisely, both verbally & in written form with customers & colleagues 
• Always act with good conduct, ensuring our customers are given correct and relevant information ensuring their needs are met and allowing them to make an informed decision.
