We are looking for a Wholesale Voice & Mobility Sales Manager

Role Purpose 
In any organisation, the sales department plays a pivotal role in the success of the business. The unique and important role of sales is to bridge the gap between the potential customer’s needs and the products/services that the organisation offers that can fulfill their needs. If we consider the purpose of this role in four bullets :

•    Product-Market Fit 
•    All business planning begins and ends with the sales forecast
•    Communicating value from the business to the market 
•            Nothing happens until someone sells something

Your Place in the team
1.    Commercial Activities    
•     Manage the day-to-day requirements of existing customer and supplier relationships
•    Develop creative solutions to meet partner expectations
•    Increase revenue and margin through proactive trading and deal negotiations with partners
•    Negotiate favorable rates with Wholesale Voice, SMS carriers, and mobility partners, achieve and exceed sales targets
•    Develop account plans and share with senior management
•    The role is a mixed hunting and farming role

2.    To build collaboration between Vodafone Carrier Services (VCS) Voice Commercial and Voice Sales Teams    
•    Work with global account managers to implement VCS international voice strategy which should be in line with Vodafone Turkey’s strategy through supporting complex deals and ensuring that back-office processes to not hold up deals.
•    Work between account teams, while complying Vodafone Turkey’s deal governance  to ensure the right suppliers and deal structures for both Vodafone Retail, Enterprise and Carrier Services Wholesale traffic
•    Work with customers and account managers to execute deals quickly to maximum value for Vodafone.
•    Approval to a certain level within the region but ultimately accountable to the deal governance team.
•    Ensure that  all contracts are signed through an efficient process and closely aligned to standard agreements    
•    To support all the reporting needs of the VCS commercial team and also Sales team in OpCo
•    Market Management Activities    
•    Routing, pricing: Responsible for routing, pricing, tracking margin and revenue for all the destinations she/he’s  assigned, making route changes regarding the country strategies
•    Bilateral Deals: Supporting Sales team when building their deals with the partners in CEE region, coaching them on improvements that can be made, approve all deals including her countries, tracking all approved deals by minutes, quality, etc.

3.    Information Security    
•    Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards, and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
•    Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
•    Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
•    Protect user accounts and associated passwords and accept accountability for any actions performed via the usage of those accounts.

4.    Business Continuity    
•    Ensure that VFTR  BCM policy /standard, procedures, plans  implemented, and works carried out in compliance with   BS 25999 -2:2007  Standard 
•    Ensure that BCM  risks are assessed and mitigated  so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR  Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
•    Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining, and improving within VFTR


Long Description

We are looking for you if you have
•    Problem-solving ability and Analytical approach
•    Experience in the international Wholesale/Carrier market (preferably voice or roaming business) – min. 6 years
•    Excellent negotiation skills, delivered over a large spend portfolio
•    Excellent supplier relationship management skills
•    Strong contractual and regulatory awareness
•    Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
•    Engineering degree or BA degree
•    Good command of English is a must
