Role Purpose 


Wholesale Product & Partnership  Senior Associate Manager role is a key role to drive the product strategy. The role will establish and maintain partnerships with local & international carriers, content providers, and various organizations as well while identifying opportunities to increase sales productivity and operational efficiency across Vodafone Wholesale business
 

Your Place in the team
•            Driving product strategy in line with business and commercial priorities of Wholesale Turkey 
•             Capture and translate customer needs into clear product capabilities and features or optimise existing products
•             Create and maintain product roadmap, ensuring requirements are captured and integration, launch, and go-to-market resources and budgets are planned and ring-fenced 
•             Working with Vodafone Carrier Services where necessary to ensure visibility and alignment of global product roadmaps and to secure funding for new product creation or product enhancements 
•             Overseeing the product development phase to ensure necessary governance, funding, and key deliverables are achieved on time and to quality
•             Launch requirements are consistent, scalable, and aligned through relevant teams (incl. marketing, pricing, finance, sales, etc.)
•    Work with IT and Network for plan configuration, including managing product config & system rules for voice, roaming and data products. Ensure the system rules and product configuration are done correctly
•    Develop business cases for new projects, evaluate cost and revenue cannibalisation
•    Analyse and forecast drivers and revenue performance on a period basis (weekly/monthly)
•    Manage product configuration, policy, and exceptional handling for customer care
•             Identifying/working with product partners and determining how they will support the creation of new products
•             Working close with Pricing to establish suitable product differentiation, value-add & execution strategies to underpin product’s success
•             Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities
•             Responsible for overall Wholesale Turkey budget to ensure success.
•             Develop sales tools and collateral
•             Brief and train the sales force on the products

Long Description


We are looking for you if you have


•    Problem-solving ability and Analytical approach
•    Experience in the international Wholesale/Carrier market (preferably voice or roaming business) – min. 6 years
•    Excellent negotiation skills, delivered over a large spend portfolio
•    Excellent supplier relationship management skills
•    Strong contractual and regulatory awareness
•    Experienced in influencing senior stakeholders internally and externally
•    Engineering degree or BA degree
•    Good command of English is a must
