We are looking for a Wholesale Product & Partnership Manager

Role Purpose 


The Product & Partnership Manager  role is a key role to establish and maintain the partnerships with local& international Carriers, Content providers and various organizations while identifying opportunities to increase sales productivty and operational efficiency across Vodafone Wholesale business’  

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team


•    Support building "Live+" ecosystem through establishing good collaborative relationships with local &international brands or companies;
•    Establish and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders to help Vodafone Turkey’s brand promotion;
•    Build good communication channels and long-term relationships with government and institutions to support business growth;
•    Synthesize big data into KPIs and strategic insights while rapidly moving from insights to action.
•    Act as trusted advisor to the Head of Wholesale to track and assess the business including a comprehensive Sales governance cadence, weekly priority setting and clear actions needed to realize growth objectives.
•    Track and manage day-to-day functions to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting, metric analysis, sales recognition, and additional workflows to ensure overall sales health
•    Dream big, take risks, and learn from mistakes – have a growth mindset.
•    Develop BC’s for each new product in order to determine business feasibility and obtain execution approvals.
•    Define the product life cycle and roadmap.
•    Document, communicate and ensure compliance with the product features, boundaries and profiles.
•    Deliver MRDs (Marketing Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) w
•    Document, communicate and ensure compliance with network architecture and design.
•    Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities.
•    Document the products in a “Product Book” and keep it updated.
•    Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
•    Perform product demos to customers.
•    Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
•    Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
•    Deliver product revenue forecasts.
•    Develop sales tools and collateral.
•    Brief and train the sales force on the products.


Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor Degree (Masters Degree is a plus)
•    Minimum 6 years of experience
•    People Management experience is a plus
•    Telecommunications industry knowledge and experience
•    Project management skills 
•    Good knowledge of product strategy development and execution
•    Comfort around higher management
•    Strong Presentation & communication skill
•    Has managed implementation of cross-functional initiatives
•    Insight driven and creative problem solving skills
•    Multi-task management, Business-minded, pays attention to detail
