ROLE PURPOSE

 

This role is responsible for acting as a design authority to sales and operational teams to ensure Managed Services Sales and customer needs/expectations so that VF Turkiye achieves targets within the all sales segments


Your place in the team


• Contribute to VF Sales and Marketing strategies for whole sales segments (Corporate Customers)  to ensure VF Turkiye realizes its ambitions for the short-mid and long term.

• Execute sales activities of the Managed Service product portfolio for targeted customer segments.
• Work with Partner , Account and Supply Chain teams to lead generate for related Corporate Segments.
• Knowledge of all Datacenter  (Colocation , Hosting , Cloud)  technologies , Fixed & Solution Technologies , Security Services and software services (Microsoft , SAP , Oracle , Veeam, etc)
• Work close with Partner , Product and Sales teams to help define/refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team.
• Ensure of understanding the scenarios within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical needs.
• Ensure of understanding business problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs
•  Ensure  all activities are  applied inline with time tables and budgets so that VF Turkiye can achieve its annual results and revenue targets
• Creating presentations that summarise business benefits of the solution .
• Negotiating sales agreements in synch with the legal procedures of the company.
• Direct Quota responsibility to achieve the annual sales target
• Establish effective relations with the key customers and kingpins within whole sales segments to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier for telecommunication.
• Ensure of understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical needs.
• Ensure of understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs.
• Ensure  all activities are  applied inline with time tables and budgets so that VF Turkiye can achieve its annual results and revenue targets
• Manage special projects as assigned by management to meet customer and cross-functional team needs.
• Help the Sales Rep and other members of the sales team respond to RFI/RFP’s.
• Negotiating sales agreements in synch with the legal procedures of the company.
• Direct Quota responsibility to achieve the annual sales target
• Establish effective relations with other departments, especially sales teams , Projects teams and product teams so that Pre-Sales Team can handle business more effectively and efficiently.
• Establish effective relations with the key customers and kingpins within whole sales segments to ensure that VF is the preferred supplier for telecommunication.
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
• Ensure that VFTR  BCM policy /standard ,procedures ,plans  implemented and works carried out in compliance with   BS 25999 -2:2007  Standard
• Ensure that BCM  risks are assessed and mitigated  so far as is reasonably practicable in VFTR  Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
• Ensure VTR BCMS by planning, establishing, embedding, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving within VFTR


We are looking for you if you have


• University Degree with Electronic, Computer, Telecommunication, Industrial or Mathematics Engineering
• 10+ years IT sales experience, ideally with background in cloud, collaboration, Security,software solutions and/or managed services solutions in system integrator or vendor.
• Proven track record in year over year quota attainment
• Technical Sales knowledge (Security, Cloud , Software and RPA ,Managed Services)
• Military service completed (for male candidates)
• Very good command of English
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements
• Driving license (B class)
