We are looking for a VBU Channel Development Manager

Role Purpose 

Increasing sales force productivity within VBU Sales Channels

Job Responsibility

Your Place In The Team

•    Leading sales force productivity agenda within VBU
•    Optimising Sales Channels tools and sources.
•    Define KPIs and OKRs for Sales Channels and build monitoring tools.
•    Defining new sales channels (maninly digital) and develop landing processes.
•    Getting active role in optimisation projects, right team – right customer etc.
•    Collect field insights about Sales Operating Model and turn them into smart actions for perfect execution.

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Graduate from Business Administration , Industrial Engineering , Economics
•    At least 8 years  experience
•    Excellent Command of English
•    Excellent command in MS Office Programs (sql and Excel VBA  knowledge is an asset)
•    Good understanding of the Telecommunications Business
•    Good understanding of the Company’s Operating Structure
•    Strong interpersonal communication skills. 
•    Anticipate and solve problems with a consensus based approach and harmony
•    Ready to take new responsibility
•    Share knowledge with colleagues
•    Strong analytical skill and be eligible in team working
•    Responsibility, Self-respect and self-reliance
