Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative, and talented BI expert experienced with the development of executive dashboards, building and maintaining our ad-hoc reporting platforms. You will be the owner of our BI platforms like SAP BO and Tableau from operation to development. It is expected to provide the best analytic solutions using our capabilities for improving our services with a quality and customer experience perspective from this role. Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Build, develop and maintain executive and operational level dashboards using SAP Business Objects and Tableau
•    Automation & Digitalization of Technology reports with the help of BI tools and databases 
•    SAP Business Objects system administration (Service configuration, user access management, server-side management).
•    Development, maintenance, and automation (using Atomic(UC4) and Apache Airflow) of  ETL scripts.
•    Data analysis and scripting complex SQL queries on high throughput data silos.
•    Preventing and reporting data quality problems on the data lake.
•    Operating our analytic platforms from data ingestion to transformation.
•    Extracting, providing, and scheduling data from information tools when required
•    Making sure that the tools meet the business requirements /customer needs, and tools are used efficiently among stakeholders with effective communication to all levels of stakeholders.
•    Making system technical analysis/documentation
 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    BS degree or higher in a technology-related field (e.g. Computer Science, Math, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or another quantitative field)
•    Min 2 years experience in  SAP Business Objects (BO) platform administration, the universe, and report development
•    Maintenance and support of dashboard services such as Tableau and SAP BO.
•    Strong knowledge of business intelligence principles, data visualization techniques, data analytics, query design, modeling, and reporting front-end tools.
•    Experience in fundamental concepts such as Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Integration, Conceptual/Logical/Physical Data Modeling, Data Quality, Data Science, Advanced Analytics
•    Experience with Business Objects Central Management Console for server and user management.
•    Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries and Oracle PLSQL development.
•    Automation and scheduling with Atomic(UC4) and Apache Airflow.
•    Unix and shell scripting is a plus 
•    Telco industry experience is a plus
•    Working experience on big data and opensource technologies such as Hive, Spark, Impala, Airflow, Kafka ...etc. is a plus.
•    Excellent problem solving, documentation, communication, and presentation skills
•    Strong communication and problem solving
•    Fluency in English and Turkish
