Role Purpose 

We are seeking a Team Coordinator with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Strategy, Business Development & Wholesale Director of  Vodafone Turkey.

Job Responsibility

Your Place in the team

•    Co-ordination and organization of team meetings, regular one to one meetings,  conference calls, events, interviews, appointments and / or other similar activities
•    Providing CXO full support  with the business and personal issues,
•    Managing process required correspondence, e-mail and phone traffic, arranging and coordinating  meeting schedules, business travels etc.,
•    Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations, and other documentation when needed,
 

Long Description

We are looking for you if you have

•    Bachelor’s degree required from relevant field 
•    At least 4 years of experience is required
•    Knowledge of administrative procedures
•    Excellent command of written and spoken English&Turkish 
•    Proficiency in MS Office applications
•    Distinctive planning and organization skills,
•    Able to work within a dynamic team work environment
•    Having good communication skills
